A reminder that at the PLSA AGM to be held on 25 November 2019, we would like to take some time to pay our respects to those staff members who have passed away during 2019. If you have anyone in your services that have passed away this year, and you would like to see them remembered at the AGM, please send:

• their name
• the service or services they worked in
• their D.O.B and date they passed away
